Please keep the following in mind for your stay: Please note: Because this is a shared-space listing, our cleaning team may be on-site between 11 AM–4 PM to service another guest room and/or tidy shared bathrooms and common areas during turnovers. Host's Pet: I have a friendly, small Yorkshire Terrier named Pup who lives in the home. He primarily stays in my private bedroom during reservations, but you may see him from time to time. Please let me know if you have any concerns about pets. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: - Guaranteed Early Check-In (12:00 PM): $40 - Guaranteed Late Check-Out (2:00 PM): $40 - Same-day requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated free of charge if the schedule permits. Arrivals before 12:00 PM or departures after 2:00 PM may incur additional charges.
