Me and my friend went to celebrate her 30th Birthday. And I so happen to come across janice place. It was so beautiful and very clean. We felt right at home. Everything was in place and very tidy. The whole house is most definitely a vibe. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. I will most definitely be booking this place whenever we come back to a weekend getaway to charlotte. Janice love’s cleanliness and the fact that she gives you your privacy is so good. We barely could tell she was even there. Oh and she’s a A&T aggie alumni whoop whoop that speaks volumes. I highly recommend her air bnb. Thank you we will be back soon. 🫶🏽

Janice was a great host and very accommodating to my needs. She helped me carry my bags upstairs and was sensitive to the news of my grandmother passing. Janice’s place is my go to spot whenever I’m in town

This is a great location if you want to be near the attractions Concord has to offer. There is a traffic light to get in and out of the area so it’s easy to go the direction you want to. Janice is a wonderful host, I just mentioned that the morning sun woke me up and that afternoon she had a blackout window covering for the window. That was unexpected and awesome!! The place was clean and classy. I will definitely stay here again.

Janice was a very attentive and courteous host! She provided us with soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and personal recommendations for things to do/eat in the area! Her home was spotless and she pays great attention to detail. 10/10 host, cannot wait to come back to visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Janice’s place was perfect! Aesthetically pleasing beyond what you see in the pics. Beautifully designed. Extremely comfortable. Janice was very responsive with messages sent & proactive. Could barely tell this was a shared space as we barely crossed paths and when we did Janice was pleasant to speak with. Location was close to so much and easily accessible to different areas of Charlotte. The coffee station was an added bonus on those early mornings.
Could potentially be spending quite a bit of time in Charlotte and would definitely book Janice’s place again.
